About this role
Metajive is looking for a Digital Producer with agency experience to support Senior Producers and interact directly with clients. The role involves managing teams to create digital strategy, websites, and e-commerce solutions, while ensuring effective communication and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Project Structuring and Scoping: Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters
- Delivery and Execution Oversight: Oversee the delivery and execution process, facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
- Adaptability and Deadline Management: Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines
- Schedule and Budget Development: Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all phases: Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance
- Resource Management: Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget
- Senior Team Collaboration: Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
- Experience managing a variety of digital projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Proficient in Slack
- Proficient in ClickUp
- Proficient in Harvest/Forecast
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Proficient in Smartsheets
