Senior Full Stack Engineer

LiveFlow is building the next-generation accounting and finance platform to enable lean finance teams to run massive enterprises. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will play a vital role in developing a collaborative financial workspace, designing APIs, and ensuring data security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Building a real-time, collaborative financial workspace for teams
• Designing and developing a scalable and maintainable API
• Integrating with lots of different financial data providers
• Crafting beautifully simple abstractions to enable adaptable, frictionless UX
• Handling our own and customers' data securely and compliantly

Requirements:

• Experience in building real-time, collaborative applications
• Proficiency in designing and developing scalable APIs
• Ability to integrate with various financial data providers
• Experience in creating user-friendly and adaptable UX
• Knowledge of data security and compliance practices
• Familiarity with Elixir/Phoenix or willingness to learn
• Experience with frontend technologies like NextJS and TypeScript or willingness to learn
• Ability to balance performance and pragmatism in software architecture
• Experience in software development and design implementation
• Ability to mentor and lead within a team
• Understanding of best practices in software development and the reasoning behind them
• Strong communication skills and openness to alternative ideas
• Experience with functional programming languages
• Familiarity with frameworks like Rails or Django
• Experience with React
