Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects and programs that have significant organizational impact, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects and programs with significant impact to the organization
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies
- Create and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules
- Manage project scope, change control, risks, issues, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards and objectives
- Conduct project and program management assessments to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning work based on skills, capacity, and delivery timelines
- Resolve project conflicts and escalate issues appropriately to impacted stakeholders and leadership
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting for budgets of $1M or greater
- Partner with business and domain stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Support integration of project management practices across teams, contributing to process improvement and organizational maturity
- Prepare and deliver clear status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Typically 8 or more years of experience in project or program management roles
- Extensive experience developing full project plans, including charters, scope, project management approach, schedules, and financial forecasts
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and budgets of at least $1M
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage IT, non-IT, and senior leadership audiences
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting pharmacy-related initiatives or healthcare environments
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy programs
