U.S. Senior/Staff Product Designer

Jump is the #1 AI assistant for financial advisors, and they are seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead product design efforts. The role involves creating intuitive user experiences and collaborating with a small design team to unify the customer experience across the app.

Responsibilities:

• You have 4+ years of •direct• experience designing software applications for web and mobile at a senior or higher level
• Since we're laying the foundation of the design team, you must be able to contribute directly to the product with designs across multiple feature areas
• You should have mentorship and team-leading skills, even if you prefer hands-on design work (highly respected, btw)
• You can design beautiful, intuitive experiences—•thoroughly
• Our features involve complexity, so you must create flows that guide users intuitively through their tasks while accounting for micro-interactions along the way
• We move quickly as a product organization, so you must be able to make sound judgment calls based on your expertise and past experience rather than relying on extended user research or testing
• You're familiar with and respect design systems
• We want consistency across the entire app experience, so you must be able to understand and use our existing design system and patterns, propose adjustments when needed, keep up with pattern changes from other designers, and advocate for common patterns across all feature areas
