Weflow is a revenue AI & intelligence platform designed to save companies time and drive revenue outcomes. They are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to act as the initial point of contact, responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
- Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
- Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce
- Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and support deal expansion
- Maintain accurate and detailed activity, notes, and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and discovery techniques based on performance data and feedback
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as an outbound SDR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Deep interest in understanding business challenges
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Experience with power dials such as Nooks, Orum is a plus
