Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Advertising and Promotions Manager – AI Trainer to lead advertising initiatives. The role involves planning and coordinating advertising policies, collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions, and training AI systems to enhance campaign strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising policies, promotional programs, and collateral development to maximize interest in products or services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative teams, and advertising agencies, to develop innovative advertising solutions
- Develop, review, and refine advertising copy, layouts, scripts, and multimedia content to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Train and refine AI systems using advertising expertise to improve campaign strategy, messaging, and creative execution
- Coordinate communication between media partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure campaign success
- Analyze and report advertising performance metrics to guide campaign optimization and AI training improvements
- Stay updated on advertising trends, competitive developments, and emerging AI-driven marketing technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in advertising, promotions management, or similar roles such as Account Executive, Communications Director, or Creative Services Director
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creative tools, and analytics systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, media, and research groups
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, technology-enabled environments
