Scowtt is an early-stage startup transforming the way businesses convert leads into customers through AI/ML marketing optimization. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager who will own and grow customer success by ensuring customers adopt their platform successfully and realize tangible business value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding kickoffs and manage each step until the customer is live
- Document and streamline onboarding steps into repeatable playbooks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts after onboarding
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with executives and day-to-day stakeholders
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and measurable ROI for customers
- Monitor key success metrics to ensure customers reach or exceed their goals
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (e.g, AI SDR) and partner with Sales to execute them
- Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins with customers
- Manage renewals and reduce churn risk through proactive engagement
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
- Advocate internally for customer needs while aligning with Scowtt’s roadmap
- Create case studies, testimonials, and references with Marketing
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally in Ad-tech, SaaS or data/analytics platforms
- Proven track record of growing accounts, driving renewals, and achieving customer success outcomes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link product value to customer objectives
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Highly organized, empathetic, and skilled at building trust
- Must be located in the United States
- Eligible to work in the US without requiring work visa sponsorship now or in future
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred
- Bonus: familiarity with CRM tools, Google/META platforms, marketing automation platforms, Lookr and/or data analytics products
