Business Analyst

Hyra is working on behalf of Sysco to hire for the position of Sr Workday Reporting Analyst, Global HRIS- GSC - US. This role serves as a configuration expert and business analyst within the Global HR Reporting and Analytics team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to design and deliver sophisticated reporting solutions that support operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Workday reports including matrix and composite reports using advanced reporting tools
• Partner with HR and functional stakeholders to document requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Maintain key HR metrics and dashboards covering turnover, time-to-hire, and workforce demographics
• Identify system improvements and research technology needs to enhance reporting methods and automation
• Manage project plans and escalate technical risks while ensuring alignment with project schedules

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Workday HCM reporting and advanced report writing tools
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data terminology, and organizational hierarchies
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications
• Proven track record of managing data integrity and performing detailed research and analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data insights
