STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level software development initiatives. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, Project Managers, Architects, and Development teams
- Translate business needs into structured documentation and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional & Technical Design Documents (FDD/TDD)
- User Stories and Technical Use Cases
- Business Cases
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Test Cases and QA documentation
- Create process workflows, system diagrams, and data flow documentation
- Support QA efforts and ensure requirements traceability across the SDLC
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with defined requirements and project objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and database concepts
- Experience producing enterprise-level technical documentation
- Strong requirements management and process mapping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools
- Experience within the Education domain
