The Technical Program Manager for Deployments will own the program delivery for data center infrastructure and AI cluster activation, coordinating across various teams to ensure successful deployment readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Own program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation, from planning through operational handoff
- Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for construction, infrastructure, network, hardware, and operations execution
- Translate hyperscale AI/GPU and DLC infrastructure requirements into actionable deployment plans
- Anticipate downstream impacts of technical sequencing decisions on capacity, schedule, and performance
- Drive alignment across teams operating at different speeds, scopes, and time zones
- Operate effectively in ambiguity, making progress with incomplete information and evolving requirements
- Maintain clear program artifacts and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
- Maintain momentum through changing requirements, tight timelines, and cross-time-zone execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in delivering complex data center or infrastructure programs in fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of AI/GPU infrastructure, including power density, cooling, networking, and deployment sequencing
- Familiarity with how construction, low-voltage, and commissioning activities impact deployment readiness
- Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct ownership of execution teams
- Comfortable operating with limited process and evolving inputs
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, fill gaps, and drive execution beyond defined scope
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program management
- Comfortable operating outside standard business hours when required to meet deployment timelines
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and risk
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of priorities objectives throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Automation-first mindset with commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements
- You are willing and able to travel to data center locations, sometimes on short notice; expect to spend up to 60% of your time traveling
- JIRA experience for project tracking and workflow management
- Background in GPU infrastructure or AI/ML platform deployments
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment tools
