Medasource is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise imaging solutions within the Epic Systems ecosystem, focusing on Lumens, Cupid, and Radiant. The role involves end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing third-party system integrations in healthcare IT.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Epic imaging implementations (Lumens, Cupid, Radiant)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Epic application analysts, clinical leaders, IT, and vendors
- Manage implementation of third-party imaging and cardiology/radiology systems integrated with Epic
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive mitigation strategies
- Support testing coordination, workflow validation, and go-live readiness planning
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, documentation, and lifecycle governance
Requirements:
- 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience
- Proven experience managing Epic implementations
- Direct PM experience supporting implementations for Epic imaging applications/modules (Lumens, Cupid, Radiant)
- Experience managing third-party applications and system integrations within Epic environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows in imaging, cardiology, or procedural areas
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise imaging or cardiovascular IT programs
- Familiarity with interface/integration workflows (HL7, device integrations, imaging systems)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working in large health system or multi-hospital environments
