ClickUp is a company focused on architecting the future of work through innovative software solutions. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI to lead the development of AI-driven features that align with user needs and strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and shaping long-term product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features
- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the AI Product team
- Build close stakeholder relationships with Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to drive monetization
- Work with our Analytics team to identify high leverage opportunities and build a portfolio of quick wins vs. big bets
- Own and shape our long-term product strategy
- Work directly with leaders and execs to share learnings and pitch ideas for how to take our product activation and engagement to the next level
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SAAS
- Previously led a team of engineers and designers; owned a roadmap, managed sprints, and drove the team towards achieving measured goals
- Previous experience owning and driving critical business metrics
- Experience running and analyzing experiments
- Relentless attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot metrics and issues if needed
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

- Worked on AI product/platform
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company
