Akkodis is seeking a JMS Engineer (Jira Service Management) to enhance their Atlassian team, focusing on improving customer experience through effective request intake and automation. The role involves designing Jira Service Management forms, implementing automation rules, and troubleshooting workflows to optimize user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build Jira Service Management and Jira Software request forms and intake experiences
- Implement and maintain automation rules for routing, approvals, notifications, and fulfillment workflows
- Develop and tune Rovo agents to support self-service and knowledge-based assistance
- Troubleshoot and improve workflows, permissions, and user experience gaps
- Document patterns and follow our governance and change practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience designing Jira/JSM forms and request experiences, including custom fields, validation patterns, and user friendly intake flows
- Experience configuring workflows, statuses, transitions, SLAs, queues, request types, and portal experiences in JSM
- Experience building Atlassian Rovo agents (or equivalent Atlassian AI agent capabilities), including intent design, knowledge source configuration, and iterative tuning
