StackAdapt is a leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. As a Technical Product Manager on the Ivy team, you will coordinate with teams across all departments to build an AI ecosystem that supports internal stakeholders and delivers impactful products.
Responsibilities:
- Research, understand, and validate stakeholder needs and translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision
- Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, which helps you forge ahead, ensuring that we’re accomplishing our goals day by day
- Be hyper-focused on every last detail, ensuring we’re always working on the most impactful feature
- Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers
- Communicate precisely across the organization to ensure everyone who needs to be informed is at the correct time
- Drive awareness and adoption of your portfolio, and take an active role in enablement
- Driving strategic cross-functional alignment to deliver a cohesive, best-in-class AI product experience that seamlessly integrates across our entire portfolio
- Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customer-facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping products as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company (and can speak to their successes)
- Prior experience with advertising technologies and AdTech
- Prior experience building products using LLMs and GenAI
- Understand Product Management craft and theory. You can speak intelligently about Product Management practices and have the practical experience to back it up
- You live in the weeds and can speak about how you can zoom in and out as needed to optimize our process as effectively as possible
- Wearing multiple hats is second nature to you; one minute, you could be talking technical details on a ticket, and the next you're presenting your ideas to the Revenue team without skipping a beat
- An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices
- An in-depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics
- You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose - ensuring alignment across stakeholders and focusing on the KPIs and metrics you're moving
- You understand what it means to lead by influence, not formal authority
