OpenText Exstream Business Analyst

Sira Consulting is an Inc 5000 company seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the design and delivery of customer communication solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into OpenText Exstream solution designs
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams on document composition and workflows
• Support SIT/UAT, test cases, and defect resolution
• Ensure compliance with business, branding, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream
• Strong knowledge of CCM and document generation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
