AI Productivity Platform Management Engineer (6-month Fixed Term)

The AI Productivity Platform Management Engineer will manage the operational readiness and governance of AI tools, ensuring effective implementation and support for various AI initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Access & Provisioning: Own the intake and triage for user access requests across approved AI tools (employees + contractors). Execute provisioning and deprovisioning via Google Groups, vendor admin consoles, and SCIM where available
• Drive Pilot Operations: Stand up "ready-to-run" pilot kits, including onboarding instructions, Slack channel setup, and support escalation paths. Maintain a central roster of active pilots and participants
• Coordinate Integrations: Work with Workplace Technology and vendors to ensure SSO/SCIM readiness and configure app integrations (e.g., connecting AI tools to Slack, Jira, Figma)
• Oversee Governance & Hygiene: Maintain a least-privilege admin model and ensure tooling processes align with policy requirements (e.g., training completion gating). Perform regular seat utilization reviews and license reclamation for capacity-constrained tools
• Lead Enablement & Support: Create and maintain "how to get access" pages, FAQs, and internal documentation. Publish periodic status updates on access volume and pilot participation

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing SaaS tool administration, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and license management (experience with Google Workspace admin or similar platforms is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), onboarding guides, and documentation
• Understanding of SSO, SCIM, and API integrations (e.g., connecting apps to Slack/Jira) and the ability to troubleshoot basic access and configuration issues
• Ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams (Security, Workplace Tech) and business users, translating technical requirements into clear instructions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly evolving tool stack; prior exposure to AI tools (like ChatGPT, Glean, or similar) is a strong plus
