Project Manager (Cruise Domain)

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within the cruise domain. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery while aligning with business goals and enhancing the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Track and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levels
• Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
• Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role
• Strong experience in the cruise domain (mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
