BrothersTech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team in a fully remote US-based role. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new initiatives
- Support UAT planning, execution, and validation
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Ensure solutions align with compliance and regulatory standards (if applicable)
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like: JIRA / Confluence, MS Visio / Lucidchart, SQL (basic querying preferred), Excel / Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in Financial Services / Healthcare / IT domains
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of API integrations and system interfaces
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (nice to have)
