Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors. The Senior Product & Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for building and scaling the technical product and value-engineering enablement engine that powers Sales Engineers, CSMs, partners, and broader GTM teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own internal tech + product enablement for NodeZero and our broader platform
- Design and run SE and CSM onboarding and ongoing technical enablement
- Build and manage a Partner technical enablement and accreditation/certification program
- Stand up and operationalize Value Engineering content, tools, and training
- Own competitive research, guidance, and positioning, enabling the field to clearly differentiate Horizon3 and NodeZero versus legacy tools and emerging competitors
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; strong preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives
- Hands‑on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap‑driven enablement
- Strong program management skills: intake and prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical practitioners and executives
- Experience designing partner technical accreditation or certification programs
- Experience standing up or contributing to Value Engineering / Deal Strategy functions
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI, NIS2) and how offensive security maps to controls and evidence
- Prior experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth company where you've had to build from scratch and iterate quickly
