The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) I role involves bridging business goals and technical execution, focusing on diagnosing user problems and translating them into actionable solutions within the GTM systems ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate user needs into comprehensive technical documentation, including BRDs, 'As-Is' process maps, and 'To-Be' workflows
- Independently diagnose multi-step user issues and translate requests into clear, simple user stories that drive development forward
- Own configuration changes (fields, rules, objects) within a single system end-to-end, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and scalable
- Proactively gather feedback from a defined user group and act as a consultant to ensure solutions meet stated business needs
- Make high-quality, timely decisions on configuration choices to prevent development stalling
- Work independently on assigned features and projects, proactively managing scope within well-defined project boundaries
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing configuration in an enterprise platform, with direct, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Ability to use logic and methods to solve difficult problems and translate them into simple technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process maps
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment or systems-focused role
- Excellent multi-mode communication skills, with the ability to build consensus among Product, Engineering, and Business groups
- Experience with GTM tech stack tools such as Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Telephony platforms
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator)
- Experience in a high-growth, startup environment
