Marketing Project Manager

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a Marketing Project Manager for a short-term, fully remote contract. This individual will embed with internal teams to support marketing initiatives by driving coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate into established teams, workflows, and ways of working
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
• Track execution of initiatives and ensure visibility of progress
• Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks in Jira
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and status updates as needed
• Identify blockers proactively and escalate appropriately
• Support Agile execution and sprint-based delivery cadences
• Operate within defined governance, processes, and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing marketing or go-to-market projects
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in an embedded, augmented PM capacity
