About this role
CACI International Inc is seeking Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineers to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization initiative. The role involves managing Oracle Cloud environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability for a mission-critical federal system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environments including DEV, TEST, and PROD instances
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for configuration promotion and release management
- Automate environment provisioning, refresh cycles, and Oracle quarterly update deployments
- Monitor platform health using APM tools; implement alerting and incident response procedures
- Manage Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) migrations and sandbox promotions
- Coordinate with Oracle Support on service requests, patches, and incident resolution
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices for repeatable environment configurations
- Support FedRAMP compliance through security control implementation and evidence collection
- Develop operational runbooks and maintain system documentation
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization for Oracle Cloud services
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 4 years experience (additional experience may substitute)
- 3+ years experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure). Must have working experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and SRE practices
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)
- 6+ years cloud/DevOps experience (for Senior/Lead positions)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS administration
- FedRAMP or federal cloud security experience
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Oracle APM, Dynatrace)
- ITIL certification or service management experience
- Active Secret clearance or higher
