The role involves assisting customers with problem resolutions related to auto leases and loans, ensuring all insurance requirements are met through informative calls.
Responsibilities:
- 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day
- Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high)
- Upload information to company's internal website
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- 1+ year of Customer service experience. This can include retail, call center, office work, data entry, restaurant
- No more than 2 jobs within 3 years
- Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
- demonstrate a time they meet performance expectations
- Positive attitude
