Program Coordinator - CareBridge

The Program Coordinator - CareBridge is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client-facing programs, ensuring business needs are met through effective program management and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules, contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met, assist in documentation and project status tracing
• Monitor activities to ensure the external client facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets
• Additional responsibilities include; scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices
• Complies complex data and able to assist in preparing and delivering presentations as required

Requirements:

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years experience in health care, or 2 years of related program experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• BA/BS degree preferred
