Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Business Analyst to provide senior-level business analysis services supporting enterprise Compensation solutions. The role focuses on Promotions, Rewards, and Stock programs within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for compensation initiatives and promotion cycles
- Translate compensation policy, regulatory, and business needs into clear functional requirements and solution designs
- Partner with HR Compensation, Performance & Development, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, dependency management, and release planning
- Define User Acceptance Testing strategy, including test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness validation
- Ensure data integrity, controls, and audit readiness across compensation processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Produce clear documentation, stakeholder communications, and decision-support artifacts
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
- Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting HR-focused initiatives with a background in compensation, rewards, promotions, and performance programs
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems, including exposure to SAP HR / SuccessFactors Employee Central data flows
- Demonstrated solution management skills such as requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness support
