Senior Data Engineer

Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate contract opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer. The role involves designing and optimizing complex data systems for performance, scalability, and security, while also collaborating with diverse teams to explain complex data concepts.

Responsibilities:

• 5 - 8 years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or backend systems at scale
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex data systems for performance, scalability, and security
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT principles, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure automation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences
• A passion for creating clarity and insight through data, not just managing pipelines

Requirements:
