Senior Operations Analyst (Processes, Reporting & Data Management) - Healthcare Consulting

Sellers Dorsey is a healthcare impact strategy firm focused on improving care access, quality, and outcomes for vulnerable populations. The Senior Operations Analyst will support client servicing operations, ensuring efficient business processes, accurate reporting, and effective data management related to contracted client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Generates, reviews, and distributes reports, validates data and ensures data accuracy
• Gathers data, validates with project teams, conducts meetings to forecast future hours and revenue, and flags issues. Owns the data transfer to NetSuite or finance spreadsheets
• Assists with the validation and input of data into NetSuite for project and client records
• This includes interacting with cross-functional client servicing and corporate teams
• Supports the launch, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of an enhanced CRM
• This includes supporting the launch, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of business unit Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
• 5+ years professional work experience in operations planning, modeling, analysis, and metrics for professional services
• Outstanding analytical skills, mathematical skills, quantitative modeling skills and business analytics understanding/skills
• High-level proficiency with analytical systems/tools e.g., Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools
• Ability to act independently, with limited oversight, on tasks and deliverables as needed
• Ability to work well with others in teams and build relationships with staff throughout the firm, at multiple levels
• Exceptional written, oral, and graphical presentation/communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple, complex projects at once
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time appropriately
• Flexibility to take on a wide range of projects
• MBA preferred
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Desired proficiency with data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI
