CVS Health is focused on building a world of health around every individual, seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Wellpartner 340B Digital Product Team. This role involves delivering enterprise software products and contributing to the client-facing product strategy for 340B Administration software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Research, and assess the current market, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for future digital products, and client growth that focus on evolving user needs, and market demands
- Collaborate with Clients, UI/UX Designers, Software Architects, Data Architects, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and other internal, and external stakeholders to manage inter-team dependencies, and a shared product vision
- Define the product vision/roadmap, capabilities, and priorities of complex 340B Drug Administration programs
- Design solutions that translate business, and market needs into digital strategies, and products that are compliant with all applicable laws, and regulations, and improve, and enhance the user experience
- Deliver findings, and reports to senior management, and to the broader organization, influencing upwards, and laterally to drive product vision, and organizational alignment
- Develop and maintain prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the Digital Product Roadmap
- Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and adoption
- Serve as subject matter expert, and key liaison, communicating and translating between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive shared understanding, and decision making
- Set and communicate the expectations of product enhancements to clients and internal teams
- Be an advocate for innovative solutions with technical teams, including AI features, within Wellpartner products
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end enterprise software product development and delivery
- Experience in the healthcare or pharma industry, preferably with 340B Drug Pricing Administration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and enterprise clients
- Experienced in developing, and articulating a clear product vision, product roadmap, and strategy
- Experienced in creating, and prioritizing backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Proven experience driving a complete product lifecycle (e.g., research, analysis, requirements, design, iterative build, risk mitigation and contingency plans, testing, deployment, maintenance, sunset, etc.)
- Experience interacting with diverse technical, and non-technical groups, across organizational levels
- Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries
- Strong ability to translate between technical (data science/engineering) and business (stakeholder/customer) contexts
- Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills that reflect strategic, critical, and creative thinking
- Passionate about understanding, and creating products that address client needs, market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and technology advancements
- Superb communication, presentation, negotiation, written documentation, and organizational skills to/for various audiences, and cross-functional teams both technical, and non-technical
- Ability to work independently, and also work within, and foster, a highly collaborative, team environment
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical administrative, drug, and clinical data sets
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Product Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent 4 years of work experience building enterprise products, including client facing/supporting technology products
- 1+ years of experience delivering products/features powered by AI/ML
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, accuracy, precision/recall, bias, explainability)
- Experience with enterprise compliance/regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2)
- Experience in requirements management, and other technical project management tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.)
