CFS is a forward-thinking organization that’s rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud and looking for an IT Business Analyst to help lead the charge in optimizing systems and processes across the business. This role involves working with various teams to document and improve business processes, test new functionalities, and support end-users while enhancing data reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP as an IT Business Analyst
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document processes, define business requirements, and identify automation opportunities
- Test and validate system enhancements to ensure performance, accuracy, and data integrity
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports to support leadership decision-making
- Troubleshoot ERP, barcode, and IT-related issues, while training end-users on new tools and system updates
- Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to maintain system functionality and end-user satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ERP support specialist, or systems integration analyst
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
