IT-Sr Data Engineer

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated IT-Sr Data Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team within an enterprise healthcare client. The role involves leading the design, build, optimization, and governance of enterprise data solutions on Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake, while ensuring data quality and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, optimization, and governance of enterprise data solutions on Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Architect scalable data pipelines
• Ensure the highest standards of data quality
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers across multiple projects
