InterSources Inc is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support multiple Medicaid-related IT projects and operational activities. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure incident resolution and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Split time between Incident Management and Project Coordination functions
- Acknowledge, classify, and escalate incidents based on defined severity levels
- Lead coordination efforts for Severity 1 / Major Incidents
- Provide timely stakeholder communications during major incidents
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to restore system operations
- Prepare and distribute After Action Review documentation to leadership and executives
- Maintain weekly status reports for all open incidents
- Ensure compliance with incident management processes
- Act as liaison between Project Manager and cross-functional teams
- Conduct weekly meetings related to security risks and operational impacts
- Present production-impacting Change Requests to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Build strong working relationships with Clemson MITS and DHHS project staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience with MS Project
- 5+ years of experience with MS Visio
- 5+ years of experience working in Waterfall methodology
- 3+ years of experience with BMC Footprints Ticketing System
- 3+ years of experience supporting Medicaid Healthcare eligibility systems
- 3+ years of experience with release coordination
- Experience with Incident Management
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with SQL
- Bachelor's Degree
- ITIL Certification
