Aidoc is a health technology company focused on transforming patient outcomes through AI solutions. The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Aidoc’s cardiovascular portfolio, collaborating with various teams to ensure commercial success and market positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Aidoc’s Cardiovascular AI portfolio across new and existing markets, including pipeline and ARR attachment and adjacent market seeding pathways such as clinical trials and research initiatives
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer/Solution Success, Product and Revenue Enablement, Clinical Research and Marketing teams to align business objectives with marketing initiatives
- Bring strategic input into Aidoc’s portfolio roadmap, representing market needs and customer insights through voice of customer and market research
- Define strategic positioning, differentiated messaging, and value propositions tailored to clinical decision-makers and end users (Service Line Chairs, cardiovascular care teams, vascular surgeons, etc.)
- Translate technical and clinical complexity into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that resonate across the healthcare enterprise
- Partner with VP Product Marketing to contribute to regular external-facing roadmaps that demonstrate continuous value for Aidoc customers of cardiovascular solutions
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks in Cardiovascular space
- Drive voice-of-customer programs in partnership with Customer Success and Product teams to inform positioning, messaging, and product strategy
- Partner with VP, Product Marketing to inform Aidoc’s formal competitive intelligence and win/loss programs
- Generate thought leadership content that establishes Aidoc as a category leader in AI-powered cardiovascular care delivery
- Leverage relationships with cardiovascular KOLs and industry influencers to amplify Aidoc’s market presence, in collaboration with Aidoc KOL leadership
- Oversee the development of high-impact enablement assets including pitch decks, buyer journey maps, ROI tools, battlecards, and sales playbooks
- In collaboration with Enablement and RevOps, own go-to-market readiness across sales and customer-facing teams
- Define key performance indicators for product marketing success and lead ongoing measurement and optimization efforts
- Ensure product launches and marketing initiatives are evaluated for ROI and continuously improved
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in cardiology-focused healthcare technology, medical device, medical imaging, AI/ML, or clinical software
- Experience in launching B2B healthcare solutions, particularly those that intersect with cardiology or imaging-based specialties
- Knowledge of clinical workflows in cardiology, regulatory considerations, and AI-based clinical decision support
- Experience building cross-functional marketing strategies that drive growth and market share
- Proven experience managing KOL engagement and thought leadership initiatives is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to operate independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
