They are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to support frontline associates and operational leadership across 13 hospitals, driving employee engagement, staffing efficiency, training, compliance, and HR operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership and operational support across 14 Texas‑based hospitals, traveling between sites as needed to meet business demands
- Serve as primary HR contact for associate relations matters; conduct investigations, coach leaders, and guide resolution steps
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with TouchPoint values
- Lead engagement initiatives, communication strategies, recognition programs, and retention efforts
- Partner with hiring managers across all hospitals to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment strategies
- Ensure efficient onboarding, new-hire orientation, and compliance with hiring requirements
- Monitor turnover, staffing trends, and workforce analytics across the Texas market
- Train leaders on HR processes, policy interpretation, performance management, progressive discipline, and documentation
- Conduct frontline orientation in the Texas market on a bi-monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as individual hospital policies
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, personnel files, and reporting
- Collaborate with operational leaders to align HR strategies with facility and regional goals
