QA Automation Engineer - W2 Only

Stash Talent Services is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer responsible for leading testing efforts and mentoring QA team members. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on testing expertise to ensure overall product quality across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans
• Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts)
• Identify risks and ensure timely defect resolution
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
