CPC Customer Service

Datavant is a data collaboration platform focused on healthcare, aiming to make health data secure and accessible. The CPC Customer Service role involves processing medical record requests and providing support through various communication channels in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
