Software Engineer (Blender, Godot, GIMP, R, Wings 3D) - Remote

Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced software professionals to support a high-priority data collection initiative aimed at improving AI systems' understanding of complex software interfaces. The role involves capturing expert-level usage of professional software tools through high-quality screen recordings and detailed interface annotations.

Responsibilities:

• Record screen sessions demonstrating specific tasks with clear verbal narration
• Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements
• Follow staging instructions to configure specific UI states prior to recording
• Use a custom capture tool to document workflows accurately
• Adhere strictly to task guidelines to ensure high-quality, usable data

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Blender, Godot, GIMP, R, Wings 3D
• Access to a physical Mac (ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required)
• Fluent English communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured instructions precisely
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Prior experience in data annotation, QA, or structured data collection
• Experience recording workflows or creating tutorial-style documentation
• Familiarity with staged or controlled software environments
