ERP Business Analyst || W.2 only and No C.2.C & No H.1s

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to lead data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP environment. The role requires strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with a focus on data mapping and transformation rules.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience leading data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP (Sage X3) environment - a big plus
• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with emphasis on data mapping, transformation rules, and validation
• Deep understanding of data structures, data quality, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and risks early

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience leading data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP (Sage X3) environment - a big plus
• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with emphasis on data mapping, transformation rules, and validation
• Deep understanding of data structures, data quality, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and risks early
• Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
• 3-5 years exp in Data Migration / ETL Experience
• 3–5 years exp in Jira
• 3–5 years exp in Confluence
• Minimum of 3-5 years' business analysis or systems analysis experience is preferred
• Good to have: ERP (Sage X3) environment - a Big Plus
