About this role
CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual, seeking to simplify health care for communities. The Manager of Business Analytics will be responsible for planning and executing reporting and analytics initiatives, partnering with various departments to enhance data processes and support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and execution of reporting and analytics that support Coram initiatives
- Partners with various departments as the data subject matter expert responsible for mining, transforming, and analyzing data using a variety of technical tools
- Identifies opportunities and implements recommendations to improve data collection, preparation, and analysis processes
- Creates data models, exports and reports using Epic Hyperspace and Clarity tools
- Leads partnership with Epic application teams for data and reporting needs, including monthly releases and upgrades
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in analysis, reporting, IT, finance, or related field required
- Certification in Epic Clarity and highly proficient with SQL editing skills
- Experience in Epic Cogito, NOVA Notes, and Reporting Workbench
- Experience developing Tableau dashboards
- Experience developing Alteryx workflows and publishing to Alteryx Gallery
- Experience in developing reports, aggregating data, and providing key insights through key metrics
- Exceptional detail orientation and presentation skills
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Expert Tableau skills
- Knowledge/experience using Salesforce databases
- Experienced in Tableau Site Administration
- Certified and/or highly proficient with Alteryx desktop
- Healthcare data experience or healthcare service background
- Familiar with Dataiku (Certified in DSS a plus)
- Master's degree preferred
