Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Employee Center to lead a high-visibility intranet transformation initiative. This role involves migrating the existing SharePoint-based intranet into ServiceNow Employee Center and serving as the technical owner for all EC design, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full migration of the current SharePoint intranet into ServiceNow Employee Center
- Architect, configure, and deliver a scalable, user-friendly Employee Center experience
- Ensure the new platform supports enterprise communication, employee self-service, and integrated workflows
- Partner closely with HR, Corporate Communications, IT, and Infrastructure leaders
- Deliver solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy to avoid unnecessary customization
Requirements:
- Strong, hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow Employee Center (EC)
- Deep understanding of intranet capabilities including personalization, content management, search, navigation, and self‑service
- Experience working in cross‑functional, collaborative environments
- Ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a team‑oriented and approachable communication style
- Previous delivery of an intranet migration or similar EC implementation is highly preferred
