ModeSens is an intelligent shopping assistant that enables consumers to compare prices in real-time and find precisely what they’re looking for at the best price. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive product adoption and clarity by shaping how ModeSens is positioned and discovered, collaborating with various teams to message and launch features across the user journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates ModeSens' core value and differentiation
- Define the messaging hierarchy across our surfaces (e.g. homepage, PDPs, onboarding, etc.)
- Conduct lightweight user research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Product to shape how we talk about new features and capabilities
- Improve onboarding and lifecycle messaging to boost user activation and retention
- Collaborate on experiments that test positioning, value props, and copy across web, app, and email, and iterate quickly based on what’s working
- Own and evolve our website as a key conversion engine - optimize landing pages, messaging, flows, and SEO to grow top-of-funnel
- Own the end-to-end GTM motion for product launches, from beta to public release, to ensure smooth rollout and adoption
- Partner with Product and Design to ship clear in-product education (onboarding, empty states, tooltips, nudges)
- Build launch briefs, email sequences, FAQs, and enablement materials
- Run lightweight research to understand how users perceive ModeSens' value and features
- Bring structure to product feedback by translating insights into clear messaging opportunities
- Align with Support, Ops, and Partnerships to ensure we’re telling a consistent story
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth at a consumer tech company
- Past experience owning messaging, GTM, and engagement across multiple platforms (web, app, email, extension) with a proven track record
- Experience working in a startup environment and launching new products or services from 0→1
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with lots of ownership
- Experience running campaigns that improved activation, retention, or feature adoption
- A sharp writer who can turn complex features and ideas into intuitive, engaging copy
- Love operating across strategy and execution - you're equally excited about copywriting and conversion rates
- Think in systems: you build repeatable assets and frameworks, not just one-offs
- Fluent in testing, iteration, and learning from users directly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with fashion, e-commerce, or multi-brand marketplaces
- Experience running end-to-end user research independently
