About this role
Euclid Innovations is seeking a Senior Project Manager with PMO experience. The role involves managing complex programs within the banking or financial services sector, focusing on regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of PMO experience, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong experience supporting regulatory, risk, compliance, or audit-driven programs
- Deep knowledge of PMO best practices, including RAID management, governance, reporting, and financial tracking
- Proven ability to establish and manage program governance frameworks, including RAID logs, issue escalation, and decision logs
- Experience maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Ability to prepare senior management and executive-level dashboards, including status, risks, milestones, and financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive-facing experience
- Demonstrated capability to proactively identify, track, and escalate program risks and issues
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira – PMO usage)
- Experience working with U.S. banking regulators (e.g., FRB, OCC, FDIC) is a strong plus
