HireBoost is a leading digital marketing provider for insurance agencies in the United States. They are seeking a determined Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, outbound outreach, and qualifying insurance agencies to schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales Advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone calls and email sequences
- Prospect net-new insurance agencies, closed-lost opportunities, and targeted accounts
- Execute structured follow-up cadences to engage unresponsive prospects
- Research and personalize outreach to improve connection and response rates
- Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit prior to scheduling
- Schedule meetings directly onto Sales Advisors’ calendars
- Confirm meeting details and ensure prospects are prepared for the conversation
- Drive high meeting show rates through reminders and follow-up
- Provide clean, detailed handoff notes to Sales Advisors before meetings
- Ensure prospect context, pain points, and goals are clearly documented
- Maintain accurate activity and lead status in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors to improve meeting quality and conversion
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to confidently engage with small business owners and decision-makers
- Experience using or willingness to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Interest in sales, marketing, or SaaS environments
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance metrics
