TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers in a remote setting. The role involves handling customer calls regarding auto leases and loans, ensuring insurance requirements are met, and providing problem resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
- This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc
- The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information
- Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
- All informative calls, not sales or collections
- 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day
- Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high)
- Upload information to company's internal website
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of Customer service experience
- Bilingual in French & English
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
