Sr. Product Manager II Consolidation, Close and Reconciliation

Yum! Brands is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join their dynamic team in the ITSS L11 Below department. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of their Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS platform, focusing on consolidation, close, and reconciliation to enhance financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consolidation and reconciliation capabilities
• Collaborate with finance and Controls team to gather requirements and prioritize backlog
• Drive adoption of agile practices within the fusion team and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Oversee feature delivery aligned with financial close milestones and compliance requirements
• Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reconciliation processes
• Experience with financial systems and working closely with Control teams
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in global enterprise environments
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred
