EcoFlow is a leading company in portable power products and smart home energy solutions, actively participating in the innovation of residential energy storage technology. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth within the residential standby power market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the residential standby power ecosystem, including independent dealers, regional distributors, and installation contractor networks
- Leverage existing industry relationships to onboard new channel partners and accelerate sales growth
- Support the development and execution of targeted strategies to increase market penetration for home standby generators and related products
- Analyze market data and trends to identify new opportunities and support business decisions
- Act as the main business contact for key accounts and channel partners, building strong relationships with owners and key decision-makers
- Negotiate partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and profitability
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and training programs to support partner success
- Represent the company as a product expert at relevant industry events
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing forecasts and performance reports
- Gather and relay critical market feedback from customers and partners to internal teams such as Product Management and Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably within the residential standby power, power generation, or a closely related industry (e.g., residential HVAC, solar)
- Must have an existing network of relationships with residential standby power installation contractors, dealers, and/or distributors
- Demonstrated experience in managing channel partnerships and achieving sales targets
- Understanding of the sales cycle and business dynamics of the home backup power market
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with launching new home energy products
- Technical familiarity with residential standby power systems
