Artera is a SaaS leader in digital health focused on transforming patient experience with AI-powered virtual agents. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop messaging and positioning for the Artera platform, collaborate with product managers and the go-to-market team, and drive customer adoption and growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Artera’s market strategy by translating technical innovation into compelling messaging, high-value collateral, and competitive campaigns that drive customer adoption and growth
- Optimize platform growth and revenue by aligning customer pain points with high-value use cases to inform pricing, packaging, and feature adoption strategies
- Execute comprehensive buyer and patient research to refine platform messaging, deepen persona insights, and identify high-impact opportunities for increasing engagement and retention
- Enable customer-facing teams by developing standardized sales tools, consistent platform messaging, and actionable insights into buyer evaluation criteria to streamline the purchasing process
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in healthcare/SaaS product marketing, marketing, strategy, or product management (working with enterprise healthcare IT and/or Patient Access buyers is a plus)
- Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups without formal authority
- Exceptional client presentation and customer interview skills, as well writing skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences
- Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher level business goals and ambitious department goals
- Ability to learn new products and evaluate them from the market's perspective
