The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of cyber-intelligent workflows and enhance operational resilience for mission-critical organizations through innovative product strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and deliver cyber-intelligent workflows that strengthen resilience for mission-critical environments. You will evolve Mattermost Playbooks and Boards into an automated, AI-accelerated operational engine
- Operational Orchestration: Design "human-in-the-loop" automation and low-code/no-code workflow orchestration systems tailored for CNI cyber operations, intelligence agencies, and joint command operations
- Market Leadership: Position Mattermost as the #1 sovereign collaborative workflow platform for mission-critical enterprises and national-security organizations
- Customer Advocacy: Translate the complex requirements of NATO, defense agencies, and national infrastructure providers into actionable product value
- Revenue & Value Realization: Drive $ / seat growth by ensuring our workflow and resilience capabilities justify premium positioning within our Enterprise Advanced and future IME offerings
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer-facing teams to align deliveries with global customer & market requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in high-growth Cybersecurity, GovTech, or Enterprise SaaS
- Fluency with cyber-defense frameworks, critical infrastructure protection, or military operational workflows
- Deep understanding of automation platforms, API-first ecosystems, and how AI/agentic capabilities can be applied to operational resilience
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and high-stakes customers
- Professional cybersecurity credentials such as CISSP are highly valued and considered an asset for this role
