The Sr. Manager of Business Transformation & Project Management will manage a cross-functional team to execute business transformation initiatives, ensuring operational efficiencies and improvements are achieved across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a cross-functional team responsible for executing business transformation across the enterprise
- Hire, train, coach, mentor, provide feedback, conduct annual reviews, and all matters required by Human Resources
- Work with leadership to support the strategic oversight of the department
- Ensure delivery of metric and ROI tracking to ensure savings and improvements are captured
- Direct team on the use of tools for business improvement and transformation, and organizational change management
- Lead a cross functional team in the execution of enterprise level transformation initiatives
- Act as a talent multiplier, leader, mentor, and provides professional development guidance / feedback to direct reports
- Lead and coach team to identify, establish, and quantify measurable business benefits (financial/non-financial) achieved as a result of services provided including business analysis, process analysis and improvement, project management, business/technical transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change management
- Strategically partner with leadership at all levels, accomplished through gaining knowledge of the business / technology, building trust, and demonstrating value
- Provide guidance and leadership, and encourage collaboration to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee creation of high quality, executive-level presentations and deliverables, demonstrating initiative status, metric trending, KPI performance, and progress towards business objectives
- Develop, prioritize and execute business transformation initiatives to identify and address process and operational inefficiencies across the enterprise, achieving a positive impact on KPI performance
- Oversee full life cycle for various projects ensuring successful implementation , including staff resources, business and systems processes and planning
- Demonstrate and execute thought leadership through out of the box thinking based in extensive applicable industry knowledge, research and experience
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- 6+ years in at least three of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management required
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
- Lean Six Sigma
- Organizational Change Management
