About this role
KPMG US is seeking a contractor to provide data engineering services. The role involves working with Snowflake for data migrations and requires strong SQL and SSIS experience.
Responsibilities:
- Snowflake experience (preferred SnowPro certified with Tasks/Streams/SnowPipe/Openflow)
- Data warehouse experience particularly with migrations from SQL server to Snowflake
- Strong SQL stored procedure experience
- Strong SSIS experience with some VB and C# scripting experience
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Requirements:
- Data migration to snowflake, end to end
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- 3-5 years of experience
- Snowflake experience (preferred SnowPro certified with Tasks/Streams/SnowPipe/Openflow)
- Data warehouse experience particularly with migrations from SQL server to Snowflake
- Strong SQL stored procedure experience
- Strong SSIS experience with some VB and C# scripting experience
