About this role
Ztek Consulting is seeking a Cisco Webex Engineer with strong experience in Cisco Webex and CCaaS products. The role involves migrating and managing contact center applications on Cisco Webex CCE and integrating conversational AI systems like Parloa.
Responsibilities:
- Looking for candidates with at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ in Cisco platforms
- The candidates should have strong experience in migrating and managing contact center applications on Cisco Webex CCE
- Candidate should have integrated and setup the conversational AI systems like Parloa with Cisco Webex CCE
- Candidates should have ability to understand bottlenecks and troubleshoot the systems
- Fluent in Setting up Call Flows, Incorporating Natural Language, Configuring ACD, IVR, TFN, SIP Trunks, etc
- Candidate should have worked in Onsite – Offshore model working closely with cross Functional teams across different geographies
Requirements:
